The Adamawa Deputy Governor, Farauta, has paid a compassionate visit to the victims of the Lamurde communal crisis in Numan general hospital today.
The deputy governor who visited the patients one after the other sympathized with the victims and their families, describing the incident as unfortunate.
She expressed deep sorrow over the loss of innocent lives and prayed for the speedy recovery of those injured.
She used the visit to console the people of Lamurde and the entire state.
The governor directed that all victims of the crisis should receive full and free medical services.
The Principal Medical Officer, (PMO) of the hospital, Dr. Rephath Pius explained that all the patients are responding to treatment and would soon be discharged.
